•Application submitted to the Planning Department;
We can compile the planning application on your behalf and submit the application to the council. We will then deal direct with the council throughout the application process.

•Application for Building Regulations approval;
We can compile the building regulations application on your behalf and submit the application to the building control inspectors. We will then deal direct with the inspector until approval is issued.

•Structural Engineers calculations;
Through our close relationship with a third party, we will arrange the preparation of any calculations and details required and forward this information to the building control inspectors for their approval.

•Working with your builders;
Even when the paperwork side has been completed and the project is underway with your builders on site, we are always more than happy to answer any queries your builders or you as the client may have.

We are very proud to offer a FREE initial appraisal in the Exeter and East Devon area where Dean will come out and meet you at your property at a time and date convenient to you. Dean will then be able to discuss your ideas with you, offer suggestions and indicate any problems that might arise. Dean will then prepare and send you his proposal letter itemising all the cost associated with the preperation and compilation of the planning and building regulations application.
